IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, THE MOST GRACIOUS, THE MOST MERCIFUL.
It was a cool evening

OK let me explain you in detail......

OK let me explain you in detail......
My dad said, “Beta, I want you to do MBBS and try to find out the college where you can get admission as your younger brother doesn't want Medicine to be his Profession and I don't want to force him as its his career and surely its his right to choose his goal as you chose Medicine as yours.”
I said, "Dad, I am already a Doctor and my degree BHMS is equivalent to MBBS but why I should spend 5&1/2 years more studying same subjects???????"
But I was aware my dad and family members were expecting me to do MBBS after 10+2 as it was my dream too,but my KCET ranking was so far from my dream that I failed to get a MBBS seat and I was left with option of choosing BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS and BYMS and I chose BHMS as my destination and as I was completing my graduation, I decided to do MD in my own stream of Medicine and even was preparing for the entrance exam during my
Internship training, but as I joined Civil Hospital Belgaum as an Intern, and Tehzeeb Hospital as RMO and was also practicing in my own private clinic. I found my interest in handling emergency cases and treating them and giving relief to patients in short span of time and seeing smile on patient and his/her family member's face:-) and this was possible only if we have MBBS or Master's degree in Allopathic stream and not with Homoeopathy as it has its own limitations.
As I was planning to do MD Homoeopathy for 3 years, I thought why can't I spend 2 more years for studying MBBS instead of 3 years in MD Homoeopathy????? I told my dad "OK I will do Insha Allah!!"
Since then search for Medical colleges began, but the fees was too high and I used to move a step back but my father said, once decided to study MBBS than he will pay for it and he said don’t take your step back but my inner feeling was just to say NO as the fees was too high.
Those days I was so confused about my decision to opt for MBBS or drop it???? later I got contact number of Dr Akef (Access 2 Success) and I just called up to ask the details about course and fees details about studying medicine in Philippines as neither me nor my parents were planning for study abroad I did not even have a passport :-).
I discussed with my Dad about doing Medicine in Philippines as the fees was so less that, the entire fees for studying Medicine in Philippines is equal to or even less than the fees what we pay in India for one year MBBS, and education they follow is US system..... From this time onwards conversation between me and Access 2 Success team started, I was just like a question bank to them, I use to put them question on mails the next moment when I use to open my mail inbox I use to see the reply as..... Hi, Dr Azhar Greetings......... followed by answer to my queries... This made me strong in my decision of doing Medicine in Philippines, it was only possible by the grace of Allah, prayers of my elders and a strong support and co-operation, guidance and helping hand of Access 2 Success till I was settled here and even today they contact me to know about me, my health, my studies on call, mails, messengers apart from this every visit of Dr Akif here to Philippines makes us feel as someone from our own family is visiting us, he never goes back unless he meets me and other students who are part of Access 2 Success and give a positive feedback to our parents so that they are at peace and relaxed.
One important thing I don't want to miss writing about education in Philippines that I am not studying Medicine here for 5 ½ years but only 4 years (3years studies + 1 year Internship). It means we can study medicine at cheap cost compared to other countries including India, Russia and China, Medium of Instruction is English, Currency is almost equivalent to India Rupee, No Racial discrimination, No Ragging, and time saving:-) from 5 ½ years to only 4 years for graduates:-), degree rewarded here is MD, Recognised by WHO and MCI.
Some times I think what to call Access 2 Success??? A key to success? Or a step to Success?? At last I decided to call Access 2 Success as an Escalator to success..
Want to know why Escalator?? once you go near an Escalator and step on it will automatically take you to your destination smoothly... And even Access 2 Success does the same job, just approach once to Access 2 Success they will not only guide you to your destination but they will drop you to your destination:-) So I decided it to call
“Access 2 Success- An Escalator to Success”
Now I am here in Philippines studying my medicine to realize mine and my families dreams of studying MBBS (MD) in Lyceum Northwestern University, Dr Francisco Q Duque Medical Foundation's College of Medicine.
Once again I am very grateful to My Lord for making me meet Access 2 Success and helping me to attain my goal in a short span of time with less expenses.
Lastly I want to tell my dear friends do not loose heart if you did not get admission in MBBS in India, a second chance is there awaiting... just stretch your hands and grab it to fulfill your aspiration to become a doctor and serve the society.
